People who need time to evaluate such as elderly and disabled people who live near cliffs and in areas under landslide disaster warnings, are advised to evacuate to shelters or the homes of relatives and acquaintances as soon as possible.
All other residents are advised to prepare for evacuation and to evacuate voluntarily if necessary.
