Jambo is Kagoshima's local sweet. It is rice cake with sweet sauce skewered by two bamboo sticks. Many Jambo shops stand along the road by Kinko bay on the way to Senganen. Try them in the shop or on Iso beach viewing Mt. Sakurajima.
