Isa city, one of the coldest place in Kagoshima prefecture will hold this winter event. Ice carvings will be made from 18:00 on the 26th through the night. Those works will be lit up when it’s done. At the site, a special product market will also be held.Children can enjoy a 50m long popular ice slider this year, too.
