Fukiage beach is one of Japan’s 3 biggest dune systems. Here at the beach, the big annual sand festival will be held! Detailed, but huge sand sculptures will amaze you!
The Golden Stage (May 2nd ~ May 6th / Golden week period)
Many events such as Sound and Lights Fantasy show every night, making sand sculpture and other things will be held. Have an exciting day here!
The 2nd Stage (May 7th ~ May 12th)
Enjoy walking and looking at the sand sculptures.
During the Golden Stage period, special bus service called, "Suna-no Saiten-Go (砂の祭典号)" will operate from Kagoshima Chuo Station
