Kagoshima city started to accept online applications for the coronavirus (COVID-19) Government Aid from 7th of May.
You need your “My Number” (the government registration number) to apply.
If you don’t have a “My Number” yet, at the moment it takes about 1 ~ 2 months to be issued after applying (then you can apply for the government aid with it)”.
If you haven’t got a “My Number” and don’t want to wait for one, you can apply for the COVID-19 aid by mail.
Kagoshima city will send the application form in late May and start to accept applications from the 1st of June.
