Bakugeki serves authentic Japanese cuisine using a truly fresh, seasonal and rich variety of foodstuff mainly fish and chicken. Their dishes are simple and tasty! There is a handwritten menu featuring today's recommendation. Or ask the friendly staff for their recommendation. Over 30 varieties of shochu, as well as Japanese sake and cocktails, are available.
Finish off with a "ginshari" rice which is plain steamed rice but sooooo delicious! The rice is cooked in the old-style rice cookers "kama". Try the real taste of Japanese rice!
A little pricey compared to other restaurants in Kishaba, but with their excellent Japanese dishes, good sake, and great service, so you won't regret it!
