We’ve got heaviest snowfall in 5 years here in Kagoshima!
It will keep snowing and there will be 20cm of snow on the flat area, 30cm in the mountain area in Satsuma district and 10cm of snow in Osumi district by tomorrow morning.
There are traffic restrictions in many places. Many buses, trains, ferries and air plains are canceled.
