On the 22 July, the Evening Festival takes place at the main venue, Waterfront Park. Visitors can enjoy Minami Kizuki live performances, portable shrines and kasaboko displays, and fair booths.

The satellite venue, Centerrace Square, will also be filled with jazz music live performances, taiko drumming, and mikoshi parades.

The main festival is on the 23rd there will be a parade with 3,000 people. Portable shrines, floats, children dressed in traditional costumes, and courtesans parade through the area of Tenmonkan's Tram Street to pray for the eradication of disease and prosperity for business.

*From 10:30 to 16:00 on the 23rd, the entire area of Tenmonkan Densha-dori Street will become a 'pedestrian zone', and there will be traffic restrictions.
