This event is an annual event to welcome people from foreign countries who have newly started living in Kagoshima City. It is organized by the Kagoshima International Exchange Foundation.

At the venue, you can enjoy a variety of experiences booths where you can experience different cultures such as Kimono experience booths, cross-cultural experience booths, trying on ethnic costumes, and booths where you can experience Japanese traditions such as ikebana and origami.
