Isa city, one of the coldest place in Kagoshima prefecture will hold this winter event. Ice carvings will be made through the night. Those works will be lit up when it’s done.
At the site, a special product market will also be held.
Children can enjoy a popular ice slider this year, too.
Stalls will sell food and drink.
