Invoking good crops and good health, drums sound at Kamou Hachiman Shrine on New Year’s Eve at 0:00 a.m. The approach to the shrine and the famous old camphor tree will be illuminated and a lot of people come to pay a visit to the shrine on New Year’s Day. Stalls sell special products.
