Participants' beetles (kabuto-mushi) fight each other, in the sections of sumo, race, strength contest and rope-walking. A lot of people and families come to see this event every year.
You can participate (free) on the day (infants ~ elementary school students) if you bring your beetles, but please inquire beforehand.
