Today is the summer solstice and also a partial solar eclipse!
In the Kagoshima area, from 16:00 ~ 18:00 you can see it if the sky is clear. The most complete eclipse is around 17:12, when about 58% of the sun will be covered.
Let’s hope it will be sunny at that time!
If you watch the eclipse, please wear solar eclipse glasses.
Sunglasses don’t cut the sunlight enough; don’t look at the sun through them.
Happy watching!
