Elderly residents and those with mobility issues throughout Kagoshima city, Aira city, Simo-takakkuma town, Kami-takakuma town and Kihoku town in Kanoya city, and Nogata area in Osaki town who live near cliffs or rivers are being advised to evacuate now to their local evacuation points.
