Tousenkyo is Some noodle restaurant. Somen noodles (Somen nagashi) in Kaimon town is very popular to local people and also tourists. Somen noodles are thin noodle which are eaten cold after being dippedn in cold broth. Kagohima's Somen nagashi is very unique that you have to take somen from rotating fresh water.
