The historically famous Ryoma Sakamoto and his wife Oryo had the first ever honeymoon in Japan. You can retrace where Ryoma and Oryo visited in Kirishima.

There are two courses as follows;

Kirishima Onsen Course / Kirishima Hot Springs Course / 霧島温泉コース (approx. 9.2 km / height difference 145 m)
Capacity of 900 people

Miyama-no Mori Kirishima Shinsui-kyo Course / Miyama Forest Kirishima Shinsuikyo Course / みやまの森 霧島神水峡コース (approx. 16.4 km / height difference 242 m)
Capacity: 100 people/p>
