Isa city, one of the coldest place in Kagoshima prefecture will hold this winter event.
Ice carvings will be made in front of the customers. Those works will be lit up when it’s done.
At the site, stalls will sell local cuisines in Isa, and the ice bar in which its counter made from ice will also be open.
Children can enjoy a 50m long popular ice slider this year, too.
Some stage events will be held.
