KAGOSHIMA CULTURE CRAFT VILLAGE (かごしま文化工芸村)

Kagoshima Culture Craft Village is surrounded by nice trees and it is located in a quiet environment. You can enjoy making pottery, woodworks, bamboo works and hand crafts.
The facility rental fee costs only 200 yen per adult and 100 yen per child.
The tools to make pottery, woodworks and bamboo works are fully provided, and if you pay the facility rental fee, you can use these tools free.
The pottery is most popular here, and there are electric wheels and other tools provided, and you can buy clay for 200 yen (1kg), so you don’t need to bring anything.
An instructor is stationed there every day, so beginners can ask anything about pottery to her.

You need to bring materials, if you want to make woodworks, bamboo works or hand crafts.
