Italian Restaurant "Taverna" is a lovely little place to go and escape from the daily toil of Japanese life. It offers a very authetic Italian atmosphere, with fantastic food that remains loyal to one of the world's great cuisines.
Each month there are regional specialities from areas such as Tuscana, Sicilia and Sandinia. The pasta is delicious cooked to exactly the right consistency and the seafood always fresh. There is a great variety of dishes some of them very unusual, so be prepared to experiment. I love the freshly sliced parma ham.
