Retro Train “Shiokaze-go (sea breeze)” runs between Retro area, Moji port and Mekari area where you can see Kanmon Straits. Only from March 17th (Sat) to November 25th (Sun). It takes 10 minutes, and it stops at Kyushu Railway History Museum (Kyushu Tetsudo Kinen-kan) Station, Idemitsu Museum of Arts (Idemitsu Bijutsu-kan) Station, Norfork Hiroba Station and Kanmon Straits Mekari Station. A bus service “Mekari Zekkai Bus (Mekari Superb View Bus) from Kanmon Straits Mekari Station is a 25 minute trip and runs around Mekari area. In the tour it stops at Mekari Dai-Ni Tenbojo where you can enjoy the great view of Kanmon Straits.
