The main place for this race is Tanegashima Space Center. There is a full marathon only for 19 plus, half marathon and 10km for 16 plus, 3km for elementary students and above, 2km for family (3 people in a team includes one or more member of elementary school age or younger).The signal for departure is matchlock gun that because Tanegashima Island is famous for being the place where matchlock guns were introduced. A welcome event (ウェルカムパーティー) and a party after the race (完走パーティー) will also be held (only for the participants / 500 yen each).
