Okonomiyaki is a Japanese style pancake or pizza. Kamogawa is the oldest okonomiyaki restaurant in Kagoshima with about 46 year history. Old Japanese style restaurant with tatami mat, wooden pillars and tables with iron plate. They serve the ingredient, and cook okonomiyaki on your table. You can cook own okonomiyaki by yourself. They have variety of okonomiyaki. Cheese sand okonomiyaki (pork and cheese are sandwiched) and seafood okonomiyaki with squid or prawns are popular. Cabbage okonomiyaki (Cabbage-batake) with pork and lots of sliced cabbage are also recommended. It looks big, but it is light and delicious. Enjoy their hot okonomiyaki in Japanese atmosphere.
